Chaired the meeting included the leaders of Ho Chi Minh city and Ninh Thuan province, from Ho Chi Minh city have: Mr.Le Thanh Hai – a Politburo member, the Party Secretary of Ho Chi Minh city; Mr.Le Hoang Quan, member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh city and leaders of authority departments from Ho Chi Minh city. From Ninh Thuan province: Mr.Nguyen Duc Thanh, Secretary of the Party Committee; Mr.Luu Xuan Vinh, Chairman of People’s Committee; Mr.Vo Dai, Vice Chairman of People’s Committee and the members of the Provincial Standing Committee and representatives of Ninh Thuan authority departments. Thien Tan Group and more than 300 companies, investors and sponsors from domestic as well as international.
Sidelines of the conference, leader of Party Committee, People’s Committee of Ninh Thuan has working with potential investor Thien Tan Group and India partners about investing a Solar power Plant in Ninh Thuan, the meeting was nearly 1 hour, then the official conference.
At the conference, Mr.Luu Xuan Vinh, Chairman of People’s Committee introduced invest opportunities, business; attract investment policies in Ninh Thuan. To exploit the potential and advantages of Ninh Thuan, in the past few years, province has many programs, investment economic-social infrastructure projects. Economic growth rate has been fairly high, average GDP 2010-2014 nearly 11%/year.
Mr.Vo Dai, Vice Chairman of People’s Committee gave Official letter of permission to investment area for Solar power plant – Solar Thien Tan Project of Thien Tan Group, Mr.Huynh Kim Lap, Chairman of Board of Thien Tan Group has represent to received certificate of investment policy.

The Thien Tan Solar power plant Project has the initial capital up to 40.000 billion VND, this is the priority project of Ninh Thuan province at this conference.
Speaking at the conference, Mr.Luu Xuan Vinh, Chairman of People’s Committee expected after the conference, Ninh Thuan province could receive more concerns, supports from Ministries, Departments, International organizations as well as investor from domestic or foreign.
